The Saaga Incubator is an equity-light, services-heavy startup incubator focused on early-stage consumer brands in Tier 2 Indian cities, starting with Dehradun.
We work with early-stage founders building consumer brands — especially in fashion, food, home, and lifestyle — who are based in or targeting Tier 2 cities in India.
We take a small equity stake — significantly less than a traditional accelerator — because we believe founders should retain meaningful ownership while still getting structured support.
Brand building guidance, business and financial modelling, access to affordable digital marketing and HR hiring vendors, subsidised coworking space through partners like AltF, and ongoing mentorship from our founding team.
We are beginning with Dehradun as our first city. The programme is designed to expand to other Tier 2 cities in subsequent cohorts.
